Registration on the Verb website is not obligatory and does not prohibit the use of the website. Registration and payment authorization for the My Mobile Watchdog product, “MMWD”, follows a more rigorous security process. The personal details of the customer applying for the MMWD product are securely stored on an encrypted server as per the stringent data security protocols of the product. All financial information provided in the form of an online Credit Card transaction is maintained by the pay-gate provider (currently Virtual Card Services) with no access granted to Verb personnel.

For each visitor to the website, our Web Server does not recognize any information regarding the domain or email address. The website does not make use of any cookies but does use “session variables” to determine the duration that the visitor has been logged onto the secure site and the relevant pages on the website. These variables automatically end the user’s session after a set timeout period has passed. This adds an extra layer of protection for the user if they have been away from their computer for an extended period.
